Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and trading services provided by Liva Möbel GmbH, registered under HRB 796712 (Stuttgart), with registered address at Neckargartacherstr. 114, 74080 Heilbronn, Germany.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors of our website and to all commercial relationships between Liva Möbel GmbH and its business partners, suppliers and customers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Use of the Website

  • Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt its functionality
  • All content, trademarks and graphics are protected by intellectual property law

3. Trading & Orders

Product availability, prices and delivery terms are subject to confirmation by Liva Möbel GmbH. Quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated. Contracts come into existence only upon written order confirmation by us.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR (€), USD ($) or GBP (£) depending on the agreement. All prices exclude VAT, customs and shipping unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are agreed individually for each commercial relationship.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms® rule. Liva Möbel GmbH is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Liva Möbel GmbH in writing of any visible defects without undue delay.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liva Möbel GmbH is liable in cases of intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Stuttgart, Germany, where permitted by law.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
